Nicolas De Loof fbb34a81ca test(watch): budget the watcher's cold start beyond the default poll timeout ... TestWatch/debian flakes on loaded runners during 'writing to a file until Compose watch is up and running': that bootstrap loop ran under poll.WaitOn's default 10s budget, which must absorb image pull/build, container start and watcher initialization. Only the bootstrap gets the 2-minute budget — every later step keeps the sharp default so a real sync regression still fails fast.
