feat: enhance dashboard with CRM section and infra billing features

- Added new CRM section in the dashboard menu with Infra Billing link
- Integrated Infra Billing page connector into the router
- Updated modal states to include new infra billing modals
- Introduced hooks for infra billing queries and mutations
