Keenable's search API doesn't support include_domains/exclude_domains inputs — remove them from the schema so the model doesn't fabricate unrecognized fields. Also bump the default page size from 5 to 10 to match expected Keenable behavior, and enforce it server-side when the model omits the parameter.
